Shipping Rates are calculated using UPS ground even though some packages will come by USPS

RETURN POLICY 

Customers wishing to return merchandise to Unique Possibilities must first call and advise Unique Possibilities that customer intends to return said merchandise.  If customer does not call first any refund will be at the discretion of Unique Possibilities; irrespective of the refund schedule set forth below. 

Returns will be handled in accordance with the following schedule:

    and/or Missing parts      

*Unique Possibilities reserves the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion.

Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of invoice date.  Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item.  All items must be returned to Unique Possibilities, 6226 Elk Creek Road, Middletown, OH 45042.  All items must be returned in the original packaging. Allow 10-14 days for processing of returns.  Unique Possibilities does not handle repairs.
